At Strawberry Fare we have a very simple philosophy. The freshest
of ingredients cooked well. We serve organic and free range where
possible and cater to a variety of dietry needs. We cook to order
and use only the finest produce we can source. We use local
ingredients and support small boutique growers. We are a family
run business with the owners involved in the daily running of the
restaurant. Liz Barry the owner since conception 23 years ago
overlooks and maintains the business and is still involved every
day. Her son Aaron Lee is the head chef and works daily alongside
Liz to maintain the high rstandards and reputation Strawberry Fare
has gained over its long history. We are inventing and evolving
consistantly and are always prepared to listen to our customers.
So its quite simply really... we love food!
